Shipping policy

Mayan Rose ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) with tracking number which is sent via email notification. 

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, Monday - Friday, from our warehouse located in Hollywood, FL, USA. 

US ORDERS: 

USPS Priority Mail: average 3 days transit

USPS Ground Mail: average 3-7 days transit

CANADA: 2 weeks transit

UNITED KINGDOM & EUROPE: 2-4 weeks transit

WORLDWIDE: 3-7 weeks 

All orders with a destination outside of the United States are subject to potential duty fees imposed by your country's Customs Department. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS: If customer provides an incorrect mailing address, Mayan Rose is not responsible.  However, if the item is returned to us, we would be happy to resend the package to the correct address providing the buyer pays the additional postage cost. In the case that your package is returned to Mayan Rose for incorrect address, insufficient address, mail forwarding not set up, failure to pay import fees or any other postal error, you will receive a full refund of the cost of goods, minus shipping fees paid.
